To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyperlion Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws where applicable.
